yep, dns is ok...
the strange issue is u can send via telnet yet thru a client eg.outlook2000
the messages get lost.....

I can receive incoming emails on my 2000 smtp server but cannot send
emails.
I can send through a telnet session, when sending you do see the smtp
traffic on the firewall but the emails jsut disappear.....
