Exchange 2k newbie

Clears my throat...

Can anyone explain why I'm not receiving any external email on my newly
installed EX2K box at home? I can send and receive mail internally with no
problem, and I can also send to my seperate ISP email account with no
problem. I'm just not able to receive anything externally.
I have a DSL connection with a Linksys Router.
I've opened port 25 (SMTP) and 110, not that I needed to.
I'm guessing there's a step I'm missing.

Any help is appreciated.
