[ExchangeList] Exchange 2007 MMC error

-------------------------------------------------------Hi

I have a problem with the MMC crashing when I go to use Exchange 2007
console. It just gives an error saying that the MMC failed to load the
Snap-in..unload and try again or quit and send error report. 

Has anyone any ideas?  I've tried so many things-nothing has repaired it-nor
can I find anything on the web about it
