You lose roll-forward recovery from the previous backup.
But to minimize you problem take full backup now so that you will not depend on
the previous backup. If the logs you deleted committed to the database the only
problem you will phase is if you need to restore the last backup (you lose the
data since the last backup).....

What trouble is caused if the Exchange log files are deleted before a full
backup is taken? One of the junior techs deleted most of the log files to "free
up space".
