Troy,

In that case you definitely want to take a look at the E version
(assuming the cost is not a factor..unless you are non-profit or
something at which cost is way down there to even matter). Depending on
how quickly your environment accumulates data the max 16GB limitation is
pretty darn close to your current 12GB.

Thanks,

Shawn.

Well,

I have 100+ users with no quotas and a mdbdata folder that
is over 12GB on Exchange 5.5. My goal is to upgrade to Exchange 2003
with ample room to grow for the future and considering we are a small
shop I really don't want to mess with this to much after upgrade is
complete.

Troy,

What are you trying to accomplish (as far as mail goes) for your
organization. How many users? Clustering? Enterprise may be overkill
if you have only a few users or aren't planning any clustering.

Thanks,

Shawn.

Subject: [exchangelist] Exchage 2003 standard edition

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hello people...

I have been handed a project that has already had hardware (not a
problem) and software purchased for it. My issue is that the software
purchased was Exchange 2003 Standard not enterprise. I remember reading
about the Standard edition having some limitations, any suggestions?

Thank you,

Troy Krisher
