Mailbox policy apply to individual mailboxes in that mailbox store.

You cannot apply mailbox policies directly to user mailboxes but you can it
via mailboxes store. Think of mailbox store as a logical and physical
grouping of user mailboxes. Hence you could apple the mailbox policy this
"grouping of mailboxes".

If all that several hundred users were in a single mailbox store, applying
a policy on that store will affect all users. You could use ADUC to set
individual mailboxes mailbox settings.

Read Chapter 7: Managing Mailbox Stores and Public Folder Stores of the
Exchange Server 2003 Administration Guide
(http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/guides/E2k3AdminGuide
/fc49d124-14b5-4a4c-b034-76c346f96790.mspx).

Chapter 2 will give you more info on the different kind of system policies
you could have.

When using mailbox store policy, I can only apply the limit for the
mailbox store, not for the mailboxes in it. Do you know any way for doing
this ? (Our company has several hundreds users. If there is no way, I have
to manually configure each mailbox).

You could create mailbox store policy. This will indirectly affect
each mailbox user.

In Exchange 2003, can I use a policy to limit each mailbox ?
(For example, I want each user to have "Prohibit send at (KB): 102400") How
?
