[ExchangeList] Re: Exchange 2003: moving mailboxes

The PR_IN_TRANSIT flag is set on the source mailbox to tell the store not to 
send any new email or make other changes whilst the mailbox is being moved.  
Same happens to the target mailbox.  When the move has been completed, these 
flags are removed and queued mail is delivered.
