Thanks. I installed a number of post-SP4 patches and one of them did the trick. Interesting that they specify a KCC issue in the wizard but don't reference a specific KB number, especially when no post-SP4 patches I looked at mentioned KCC issues. This service pack has answered all our migration issues: no more expensive third party tools to handle what should have been a built-in functionality from the beginning: cross-site mailbox moves. -- Greg Lara IT Department Anti-Defamation League 823 UN Plaza New York, NY 10017 (212) 885-7764 (voice) (212) 885-5807 (fax) glara@xxxxxxx Use the ADL Helpdesks: IT: http://www.webhelpdesk.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/HostedHelpdesk.woa/wa?id=25 Development: http://www.webhelpdesk.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/HostedHelpdesk.woa/wa?id=49 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------- This e-mail message may contain privileged, confidential and/or proprietary information intended only for the person(s) named. Al -----Original Message----- From: Greg [mailto:glara@xxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, June 08, 2004 12:02 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Exchange 2003 SP1 testing - issues http://www.MSExchange.org/ Howdy, I'm testing Exchange 2003 SP1 in our lab and have found the following issues. After applying the service pack, if you already have the ADC installed, you must reinstall it from the adc\i386 folder the service pack extraction creates. I also found that I had to delete my existing connection agreements and run the connection agreement wizard again to recreate them before the Exchange 5.5->2003 mailbox move feature would work. Additionally, when attempting to move a mailbox across administrative boundaries (yea, finally!), I'm getting a message stating that I can't do it until the Exchange 5.5 server has the "DS/IS Knowledge Consistency Adjuster Patch." Well, I've searched high and low, and cannot find any patch relating to the DS/IS KCC, and of course, the wizard provided "help" that points to a generic Exchange page on www.microsoft.com. If anyone can point me in the right direction on this one, I'd appreciate it.
