Exchange 2000 suddenly stops sending/receiving; inteinfo.exe is %100 in TaskManager

Background info: Current SPs everywhere. Mail server is about a month
old has Symantec Mail Security installed locally. OS/boot drive has 50gb
free. Exchange drive has 106gb free. P4 1.8 box has 1gb memory with
about %10 in use. I'm using reverse DNS lookup.

In the last few hours inetInfo.exe has gone %100 and the server is not
sending or receiving. 58 messages "Awaiting diretory lookup". Logs
appear clean. Any ideas?

Can you run setup again and this time add the admininstrative tools to
be installed? Does the Admin tools option in the installation shows, it
is installed already or not yet ?
