Dear Mir,

From experience of using this archiving I would not send them directly
to a users email box as I have found that the particular user has found
experience of 'losing' or 'not receiving' any incoming emails.

So what I would recommend is setting up a new email box and giving your
MD access to this.

Simon

Dear Mir,

Problem No. 1
If you right click on Private information---> Go to the properties--->
In general Tab--> There is a option to Archive all emails. You may like
to test this..
