This is going to be very difficult to achieve, all they will do is start
emailing each others Hotmail, Yahoo or whatever free email system they use.

The first step is to make sure that your users are 101% clear on the
companies policy regarding email usages (you do have a usage policy don't
you!!!), and they also understand the consequences of not complying with the
company policy (i.e. they will be fired).

Users are spending too much time e-mailing each other in the office when
they should be Working thus we want to limit internal e-mails on certain
days if possible.

In theory, but the complication would be large. Why would you want to do
that?

Hi:
Is it possible to restrict e-mail internally. That is, stop users from
sending mail to users within the GAL on interoffice. But allow outbound
e-mails to external clietns.

Thanks
