That isn't supported on exchange 2003. -----Original Message----- From: "Stephan Barr"<bdtsb@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: 1/10/05 6:16:36 PM To: "[ExchangeList]"<exchangelist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [exchangelist] Re: Exchange 2000 isn't recognizing domain user logins. Can't connect with OWA or Full Outlook http://www.MSExchange.org/ The Exchange server is a DC; any experience with demoting while an Exchange instance is installed? I'd love to get AD off there. -----Original Message----- From: Steve Moffat [mailto:steve@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, January 10, 2005 4:56 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Re: Exchange 2000 isn't recognizing domain user logins. Can't connect with OWA or Full Outlook http://www.MSExchange.org/ Yes I agreed to most of that, the point I was making was about the exchange server itself. No file level AV on an exchange server. Can't connect with OWA or Full Outlook http://www.MSExchange.org/ 2 DCs one is the Exchange server. As well as what I reported below the Exchange server had EventID 1126 in Directory Service; "unable to connect to global catalog". Created a GC on the Exchange server and everything appears to be working. But what I want to know is what happened the GC on the other DC? Or why couldn't the Exchange server see it. -----Original Message----- From: Danny [mailto:nocmonkey@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, January 10, 2005 3:16 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Re: Exchange 2000 isn't recognizing domain user logins. All the domain user accounts are denied with EventID 529. Ideas? Is this the only DC?
