I'd hate to say this John, but Soso Bobo sounds like one of those guys
or girls who (pardon my French) bullshits their way though a job
interview to get the job and realize they don't know what the heck they
are doing. Oh and they $80 + per hour doing it too!

This is why I jump on and admonish those that start using Exchange
blindly, although I am not point a finger at Jules because I have not
read the thread in its entirety.

The time to find out the correct way to do something is not after the
damage is done.
