Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003 Coexistence.

My environment is configured as following:
We have a Windows 2000 domain (Native mode) with an Exchange 2000 site
(mysite) for example and I have a separated environment which has a
Windows 2003 domain with an Exchange 2003 site (newsite). I must have
both environments turned on because I have users on both systems who
share information between each other.
I am looking for a tool which can be used to make a migration and keep
them working out
