RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, verify that the information store is running. If
the store is not running, attempt to start it. If the information store
is running, and the event is still logged, verify that the mailbox
stores are mounted. If they are not mounted, attempt to mount them.
I did this and all the time I try to mout I receive an error:
An internal process error has occured.Try reestart Exchange System
Manager
or M. Exchange Information Store.
And InformationStore is RUNNING .....

As per Microsoft: "This issue can occur if the information store is not
running. When the information store is stopped and the System Attendant
is still running, the System Attendant keeps the MAPI session active.
This issue can also occur if a mailbox store failed to mount. ". See the

Hello,
My problem is that after I installed SP3 my server crach. Now every time
that I try to MOUNT MAILBOX STORAGE:
An internal process error has occured.Try reestart Exchange System

I already checked and the file EBD continues there in the directory,
and
the backup was corrupted.
It would be possible to install Exchange again and make it to take
advantage of the files EBD. How to verify the files of data was not
rotten
and recover it. I need help.
