Exchange 2000 FrontEnd/BackEnd

I have two Exchange 2000, the Front End Server in DMZ and Back End in
Private Network.
All ports FE and BE are enabled
I have GFI Mail Essentials 6 installed on FE Server this configuration
working fine for two weeks. Today the inetinfo.exe process use the 100
percent of CPU
When the Mail Essentials Analizing Agent is stopped the CPU usage down
at 4% but all inbound mails are queued at Incoming folder on Mail
Essentials 6 directory.
When this services is started the 100% CPU usage again.
This high cpu usage causes that the outbound mail are queued
Any help would be apreciated
