Exchange 2000 Freezing

We currently run a server with Win2K Server, MS ISA, and Exchange 2000.
The computer is a Compaq Proliant ML 330 G2. It currently has 2GB of
memory.
 
We currently only run one processor @ 1.133 ghz. Should I purchase
another processor? Would this resolve (or signifigantly help) the issue?
