Exchage 2003 migration

Hello to everybody
I have plan to do the Migration from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. is there
any one can help me how to go abot it
My existing setup is as follows
I have 7 sites connected to the Bridge head server. All are connected with
x.400 connecters. All the 7 sites are in different Child Domain
The Bridgehead server is in root Domain. Currently all the mail server were
configured in Windows 2000 server with Exchange 5.5 /Sp#4
Can any one of you can give me a brief Idea to where to start and procedure
Your help will be highly appreciated
