I have had no issues whatsoever, I have only upgraded 3 ex2k3 installs though.  
Make sure you get a full good verified backup beforehand ofcourse (and after 
for that matter).

Hi,

We are ready to install SP1 on our Windows Exchange Server Enterprise
2003, running on Windows 2003 Enterprise.  Any feedback on gotchas, known
issues, thngs that might break, etc?
