Does the offline defrag process affect the exchange server in any way, I mean are there any drawbacks of doing it or is it a straight forward process ?

Also is there any good article mentioning the steps ?

Also does the 75GB limit using SP2 apply to Ex2000 aswell ? I thought its only for EX 2003
