Event ID 116 & Event ID 200

I am getting these errors in my event log about every second or so.
Synchronous read page checksum error. Please restore the databases from a
previous backup. I can do this, but then a day's worth of e-mail will be
lost. Is there a chance eseutil will fix the database? If so, should I use
the recovery switch /r or the repair switch /p? Or both? Together? Or in
what order? Exchange 5.5 SP4 over Win2K SP3.
Any ideas?
