Eseutil - performing defrag

All,
I am using Exchange 2000 sp3, Windows 2000 sp3.
During the xmas break I am planning to start defraging the exchange
server storage group. Can some tell me how I would do this? As I can
not find any documentation that shows me the flags etc that I need to
put in place.
