[ExchangeList] Eschanger services is not starting

-------------------------------------------------------I have installed 
exchange server 2003 standard edition on windows server 2003 standard edition 
SP1  in   the domain controller in the domain controller is running standard 
edition of windows 2003 SP2.

the problem ins after installing the exchange server 2003  mail box store and 
public folder store are not mounting.

Following services are not running  if I try to start the services is not able 
to start

   
Microsoft exchange information store
Microsoft exchange MTA stacks
Microsoft Exchange pop3
Microsoft exchange system attendant
Microsoft exchange management


Please help me to solve this issue
