No, I do not use X400 to transport the message at any point in it routing
and I have no information regarding to the receiving end server. However, I
was able to find out the administrator contact info by using "whois domain
name" and send an email to request the info why did they reject mail come
from out site.

Thanks,
Hoan

Are you using X400 to transport the message at any point in its routing? Is
the target server Lotus Notes?

Hi Vin & Andrea,

Thanks for your feedbacks, I would like to have another question:

Assumed that the receiving end "think it's a relay". How do I fix this
problem since the message is not actually a spam? The
"domain-relay.mspring.net" was the host server saying that "Sender domain
not compliant with RFC 822, section 6.2.7".

Regards,
Hoan

To add another line to my earlier response.

The mail server at the other end thinks it is a relay.

It looks like some sort of Spam protection on the recieving end. I would
try to get in touch with the recieving end...
