Error 1026 in message track

Hi list,


Please if any one can help with this, my users are not receiving emails
from some domains, specifically, when I track the incoming
message it reaches the queue then fails with the following error:


SMTP: Advanced Queue failed to deliver message

Event ID: 1026


Didn't find much help on how to solve the problem or why is it
happening, I could only find description of the same error.

Some of the users can receive from hotmail though
