E-mails going to wrong recipients

Dear Friends,
I have a small problem with my exchange 5.5. Some of my exchange users are
not able to receive e-mails from internet. Secondly, the same users are also
not able to send and receive e-mails to each other internally, whereas their
e-mails are going to wrong recipients of our exchange server.
It is a strange kind of problem. But we need an urgent solution to this.
There are no events in even log.
Kindly help.
