Nope, I really don't think there is any thing to delete except for the
header, there is no body in any of the messages. I get "Item can not be
displayed on preview pane. Open the item to read its contents."
If I double click the message I get "Can't open this item. The operation
failed."

Can they delete it using a hard delete shift+delete ?

About 2 months ago I had to recover our store. After recovering the
store I
have 8 or 10 people that have undeletable emails. I get errors like
"The item could not be deleted. It was either moved or already deletes,
or
access was denied."
The recovered database was 8 hours older that the time that the server
went
down. I am working with Exchange Server 2000.
Any ideas... :)
