It is. But you'll want to enter the normal SMTP transaction to get to the
error state.

Looks like the remote domain is having issues. Or at least, you're having
trouble sending mail to that domain for some reason. Can you send mail to
that domain via telnet?

I am experiencing an issue with mail delay from one particular company does
anyone have any ideas?
