1. make sure you have a reverse DNS entry for your external domain (Organization Name) 2. go to www.dnsstuff.com and make sure your domain name is not black listed by any chance. The past month, one organization has been receiving bounced emails back to the original sender if receiver replies to the original organizations email. If the out side company sends an email directly to the person in the organization, they can send it with no problem.
