1. make sure you have a reverse DNS entry for your external domain
(Organization Name)
2. go to www.dnsstuff.com and make sure your domain name is not black listed
by any chance.

Hello; we have an Exchange email server that has a couple of different
organizations on it. The past month, one organization has been receiving
bounced emails back to the original sender if receiver replies to the
original organizations email. If the out side company sends an email
directly to the person in the organization, they can send it with no
problem.
Here is part of one of the bounced back emails;
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
Recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
mXXXX@xxxxxxxxx
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host mail.graphistudious.com [64.192.92.178]:
