Easy way of creating a Distribution List in Exchange.

Hi
Using Exchange Server 2003
I have a user that has maintained a personal distribution list in their
personal Contacts folder that contains over 50 external addresses. This
is used for press releases etc.
The user now wants this in Exchange as a global distribution list. IS
there any easy way of adding them into Exchange as mail enabled contacts
without me having to each and every one by hand.?
