What SP levels are you on? There is the only Win 2k Server, thus its also the AD Server. Exchange is also the only program (outside of all the crap that comes with Win2k and what is required to run exchange) that is on the machine. Server is a Proliant 1850r with 1gb memory and 100gb of storage. We are talking only 170 clients hitting it.. so I cant imagine how the thing could be getting bogged down. -----Original Message----- From: Periyasamy, Raj [mailto:psraj@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, January 02, 2002 2:04 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: EX2000 store.exe hangs 100% randomly http://www.MSExchange.org/ It looks like a communication problem between Exch server and the DC. DO you see any other error messages in System Log? PROCESS MAD.EXE. MSEXCHANGEDSACCETS, TOPOLOGY, EVENTID 2102 ALL DOMAIN CONTROLLER SERVERS IN USE ARE NOT RESPONDING When this occurs the store.exe sits up at 100% and all outlook connected clients are locked until it free's up. That could be 3 minutes.. or it could be 2 hours... seems totally random. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
