Yes i want it coz there is some problem is going on at ISP side and i wana
schedule it for some days. I spoke to my isp but they don't have any such
kind of utility.

Are you sure that you want to use ETRN? It sounds like to me that you
probably only have a POP account? If you have a DOD access, what is
happening to all of your e-mails? Is your exchange server only a
"secondary" mail server?
Talk to your ISP - my web hoster has written a utility that allows me to
collect e-mails from them on whatever schedule I want (using scheduler)

I want to know is there is any way to schedule the ETRN command. I dont
have DUN configure on my server. i have DOD link to my ISP somtimes i

to pull the email from there. i wants it automaticly. is there any way
