Exchange server should be inside then publish server or port forward
only required ports. 

i.e. for pop3 port forward port 110 to exchange, for web access port 80
to exchange and so on.

You should read up on firewalls & security before you do that.

Why do that?  You'll have to poke so many holes in the firewall, it'll
resemble Swiss cheese.  That's really not a good configuration if
security is important to you.

I didn't understand how can I install my server in this zone ... because
the installation process
