webmail access. From the exchange system manager i did the message tracking i
found out the mail send out from user@xxxxxxx to user@xxxxxxx it will auto send
a mail locally. i had checked active directory for user basu account those
delivery option and restriction is same as other users. If i send from
usera@xxxxxxx to user@xxxxxxx there is no problem at all.

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

  Hi Patrick,

I assume from what you're saying that there is only one exchange server
involved (i.e. same user has two SMTP addresses)? If so then I think that
behaviour is only natural; you're sending to the same account!

If its two servers, then I suspect that the second server (@xyz.com) has a
alternate delivery recipient set back to the original (@abc.com) address.

    Hi All,

I have one server running on win2k with exch2k. One particular
user account encourted the mail problem. Ex. his email address is user@xxxxxxx
and he got another email address at the other branch is user@xxxxxxx . when he
tried send the mail from user@xxxxxxx to user@xxxxxxx the user@xxxxxxx can
receive the mail but at the same time user@xxxxxxx will received the same mail.
I had checked the transaction from the tracking log it auto send a copy
locally. I had checked the microsoft outlook setting and exchange system
manager there is nothing wrong with the setting. Please advice

    Thanks and regards,
