Duplicate mail

Hi All,
I have one server running on win2k with exch2k. One particular user
account encourted the mail problem. Ex. his email address is user@xxxxxxx and
he got another email address at the other branch is user@xxxxxxx . when he
tried send the mail from user@xxxxxxx to user@xxxxxxx the user@xxxxxxx can
receive the mail but at the same time user@xxxxxxx will received the same mail.
I had checked the transaction from the tracking log it auto send a copy
locally. I had checked the microsoft outlook setting and exchange system
manager there is nothing wrong with the setting. Please advice
