Hi Craig

Thinking about this I am not so sure. What do see in System Manager under the
mailbox entries for the users? Do you see one valid and one deleted mailbox
entry for each user? If both appear as valid then you have a major problem
especially if they have the same X400 and SMTP addressing properties. If that
is the case I would strongly suggest a call to PSS.

If it is a simple case of one disconnected mailbox and the current connected
one isn't valid then that is simple to fix. Simply delete the current one and
reconnect the other one to the users AD account adn that should resolve the
situation.

Let me know how you get on and do not heistate to get backl to me if I can
assist further at all.

Regards,

Paul Lemonidis.
