Hi

You can set the User accounts from which you want distribution list to
receive. By selected the 'Only receive from' option you should get to
your scope

Is there a way to prevent distribution lists from accepting emails that
is external (not part of the domain)?

For instance, my domain is xyz.com. Only users who are part of xyz.com
are allowed to send email to distribution lists at xyz.com. The
distribution lists will reject email from all other sources.

We are running Exchange 2000 enterprise edition.

Regards,

Mark
