Had this error before, I just deleted the msdtc resource and re-added it and
it went away. You can safely do this as the msdtc is really only required
during setup and Exchange will function even with the service not started. Hope
this helps.

My cluster is acting up with the following error:
I am running win2003sp1
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSDTC
Event Category: Cluster
Event ID: 4394
Description:
MS DTC's log information has not been configured correctly in the shared
cluster registry. Error Specifics:
d:\srvrtm\com\complus\dtc\shared\mtxclu\mtxclusetuphelper.cpp:557, Pid:
3292, CmdLine: C:\WINDOWS\system32\msdtc.exe
But, if remove win2003sp1 it works okay. Does it mean that I have to run my
nodes without SP1?
