Disclaimer on exchange 5.5

Hi
Iam running Ex5.5 with sp4.We decided to add company wide disclaimer to all
outbound mails.I made all required changes in the registry as said by MS
knowledge base,But for i get disc appended to all incomming mails.Even though i
have created "OuboundAppend" all the outgoing mails are not getting appended
with diclaimer. Kindly help.
