I didn't see if you are using Outlook 2000, but you can check these MS links
for possible solutions:

I checked the clients in question and none of them have any filters on.

Sounds like you might have a filter on in Outlook.

I have a W2k Server running Exchange 2000 SP3. Sporadically, portions of
my clients inbox disappear. I have them shut down Outlook and bring it
back up and the "missing" message reappear. Is anyone else having this
problem? Is there a long-term solution to the problem?

Sincerely,

Tom Hollembaek
