I think you can also remove the Send As right which should block the ability
to mail out.

Set the stop sending message size limit to a maximum of 0 on the mailbox
through ADUC. This will prevent it from happening.

Subject: [exchangelist] Disabling outgoing emails for a particular
mailbox

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi,

it is possible to disable a mailbox from send outbound emails, both
internally and externally?

the reason behind it is that we have setup for our MD a message archive of
all our users inbound and outbound emails.

I am using Windows 2000 SP3 and Exchange 2000 SP3

Many thanks for your Help

Simon Whale
