Disabled/terminated users

Okay all,

 

   Recently upgraded from 5.5 to 2003 so I am still fine tuning new
processes...

 

How do most of you handle disabled users?  Currently, we allow mailboxes
for disabled users to remain active for 30 days after termination and
give access to another employee to monitor.


Currently I have to leave the account enabled, but change the password
so the 2003 mailbox still receives e-mail.  Can I disable a user account
and still allow it to receive e-mail for monitoring?
