Directory Replication between Ex 5.5 & Exchange 2000

Hi
I am sure this has already been discussed here. Can someone be patient
enough to throw some light on this .
I already have an Exchange 55 org with 18 sites. All the sites participate
in Dir Repl most of them through the smtp connection. Now I have a
Exchange 2000 server with the same org name. I want to make this
participate in the replication. Both the NT and the 2000 domains are not
trusted. They have to be connected through smtp only.
What are the steps that I need to take on both the 5.5 side and the 2000
side to make this work ?
