[ExchangeList] Direct Push Locking out user accounts...

Using Exchange 2003 SP-2, I have Direct Push setup to deliver email to
my user's mobile phones. The problem is, the Active Directory user
account keeps getting locked out. It seems like the Direct Push works
for a day or so then the user accounts start getting locked out
constantly. Anyone ever have this issue that could point me in the right
direction to solve this?
