Diferent settings

I've E2k SP2, Outlook 2000.
Some users traveled to Europe and acessed the company on there,
Now, the read confirmation and meeting accept of this users are in diferent
language (english) while all users are in Portuguese Brazil.
In Exchange Server , Administrative groups, myserver, locales
There's only Portuguese Brazil, but it existed english.
After I've changed, it say "Stop and Start Exchange Services". I didn't
re-started, yet.
What more I need to do ?
