In general, it means that target (recipient) server is unavailable or is
unable to process message. You can check queues on Exchange Manager to
find out detailed reason. Most propably, you will find "server dropped
connection" or  "remote server did not respond to connection attempt".
When the server will be available again, message will be delivered. But,
if delivery period expire (configurable parameter, in SMTP server
settings), message will be returned to the sender.
