You need to have one of the users as the NT account for that mailbox. Once
that is done, go to that Nt user, add the mailbox in their profile, then
once that is done, right click, properties, permissions, add who needs
access to the mailbox.

Subject: [exchangelist] Delegation of Mailbox

http://www.MSExchange.org/
I am currently running Windows NT 4.0 and Exchange 5.5 as my configuration.

I recently created a mailbox which is being shared in a department. I
delegated the mailbox to the people in the department and when I went to
include them in each person's mailbox. I get an error that they do not have
permissions to that folder.

Please could someone tell me what I have done wrong.
