A user has reported that he can no longer access a shared mailbox which he previously had access to. On Monday he was able to access the folder, then on Tuesday he got the Unable to expand this folder message. When I checked permissions he was still assigned the required permissions. The only way I could fix this was to remove the permissions and recreate them. All then worked fine again. Using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003. Has anybody experienced this? and of so, do you have a fix or reason for it happening? Many thanks in advance. This e mail is from DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary UK LLP.
