Delay Delivery

We are running Exchange 2000 with a mix of Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP
clients.  One of the Outlook 2000 clients is having problems sending
emails that are to be delayed (ie: not sent until after 11/21/02 at
12:00).  Her clock date and time are correct as is the server.  No one
else is complaining of this, but not many use it.  Any suggestions?
