1.- Backup the System State Data of your Domain Controller
2.- Full Online Backup Daily of the Information Store or all content of
Mdbdata folder or where your priv#.edb, priv#.stm, pub#.edb, pub#.stm
and transaction logs resides.
3.- I recommend a Full Offline Backup of the priv#.edb, priv#.stm,
pub#.edb, pub#.stm and transaction logs resides.

Subject: [exchangelist] Definitive Backup List

Hi all,

Does anyone know of the definitive list of what should and shouldn't be
backed up in Exchange2000?

I've had so many permutations of what should be backed up that I would
appreciate a complete list of files, drives and stores that I would need
to backup to restore my system from scratch.

I run Veritas Backup Exec V 8.60 on W2k Sp2 E2k Sp2

Many thanks
